Enable Alter Key for HPSS Archive on Partition Level

With IIAS 7.5.2 a new HPSS function was enabled . This function is the option to change the Organizing Key of an already archived table using ALTER KEYS. Although this improves our current situation the drawback of this solution is that ALTER KEYS only works on table and not on partition level . This means in a situation where you have to re-organize because for example you are adding additional partitions you always have to re-organize the whole table and there is no option to re-organize just the added partition. This is time consuming (for us this takes 4-6 hours as the table has close to 2000 partitions) and also needs additonal space for the time when the ALTER KEYS is running, As this process is time consuming we are planning to schedule it once a month/quarter to get the table newly re-organized . This also means that we are having times when we have a mix of sorted and unsorted partitions which over the time hurts the performance of the running customer queries.
