Monitor IDAA for z/OS physical filesystem in size in real time

There are different UIs such as Data Studio, DSM and and Admin UI and they provide different metrics for storage usage in IDAA on Z. Such as;
- Table size in data studio determined at the table level,
- Used Space in data studio which comes from Used pages at the tablespace level
- Physical Storage size determined from OS by Admin UI

Wells Fargo and other customers want to monitor IDAA for z/OS physical filesystem in size in real time. We provide file system information thru Admin UI only in HMC. And the only interactive/real time z/OS based command that we have is -DIS ACCEL DETAIL and it provides the following only

Q8STDSKA Total Disk capacity in MB available on the Accelerator database. Q8STDSKB Disk space (in MB) used by the Accelerator database for this DB2 system.
Q8STDSA Disk Space (in MB) available on the Accelerator database for all DB2 systems.

Those metrics are Db2wh metrics and not physical filesystem metrics
