Having counter the number of query failbacks

If a query failbacks to Db2 for z/OS, users would like count the number of failbacks and possibly the SQL Text itself. Today, SQL Query Monitors running for Db2 for z/OS can not differentiate the executed SQL's origin. For instance

(1) SQL can be originally executed in Db2 for z/OS such as CICS App.

(2) SQL may be used with CQA = ENABLE WITH FAILBACK and query is routed back to Db2 for z/OS

Monitors are just showing the running SQL but there is no way to understand that if this SQL is running in Db2z because of (1) or (2)
