Actually a request that run into IDAA is not automatically cancelled by DB2 as it could be done when running in DB2 with RLF.
The goal of this idea is to put parameter in RLF or elsewhere to tell DB2 that it have to automatically cancel SQL request running in IDAA more than x minutes. And have a different value for different user

Hi Laetitia,Thank you for your request. We understand your perspective that an RLF interface for controlling long-running queries on the accelerator would enhance convenience and simplify user administration in IDAA.
At this time, IBM does not have plans to introduce this functionality. IDAA users currently use stored procedures to cancel queries, as stored procedures serve as the official interface for accessing IDAA and executing administrative commands.
