IDAA V8: Better progress visibility in Admin UI during the IDAA upgrade

When an upgrade is triggered from the Management Node using the Web Admin UI, it is currently difficult to understand what is happening in the background. The available logs provide only limited information and do not clearly reflect the progress of the upgrade on the HMC/LPAR level.

It would be very helpful if the Web UI displayed a structured overview of the upgrade stages together with their current status. For example:

* Stage 1: Restart Head Node in installer mode
* Stage 2: Upload new image and configuration
* Stage 3: Restart Data Nodes to deploy the new image
   * LPAR 1 restarted – completed
   * LPAR 2 restarted – completed
* Stage 4: Reboot all LPARs to apply the configuration
* Stage 5: Start Db2 and Accelerator services
* Upgrade completed

In addition, displaying important events such as:

* LPAR restarted
* IDAA boot started
* IDAA boot completed
* Node joined the cluster

    It would make it much easier to understand the current state of the upgrade.

    This enhancement would provide several benefits:

    * Better visibility into the upgrade progress.
    * Easier estimation of the remaining upgrade time.
    * Increased confidence that the upgrade is proceeding as expected.
    * Faster troubleshooting if the process appears to be stalled.
    * Better retention of upgrade logs instead of replacing previous log output.

    We believe this would significantly improve the user experience during upgrades.
