Db2 for z/OS APAR PH33061 delivered partial support, not the full support the Aha Idea was opened for.
Specifically it delivered support for a subset of queries that can be accelerated, i.e. queries that do not return the MASKed columns to the client application (thus, columns referenced in the outer-most SELECT list).
Shipped with Accelerator 7.5.6

To my understanding, data should be loaded into IDAA in the unmasked form. After that, proper masking policies should be applied when executing queries in IDAA - perhaps achieved by creating the column masks in the underlying Db2 LUW engine.
