Provide for systems symbols in the various field (especially DNS names) on the subsytem registration panel/process

We currently perform monthly BCP testing. in these test, the host name is prepended with information to contact these 'copies'. For everything else this is done by using a system symbol that is normally blank, but in the test environment has a value of BR- (so &bcpsock.prdplex-zowe@wellsfargo.com becomes either prdplex-zowe@companyname.com for the 'normal' environment or BR-prdplex-zowe@companyname.com when performing BCP). We also have other testing throughout the year requiring different values. Currently we not only have to update the registration page for every subsystem manually, we then have to cycle the Zowe task. Because we conduct these tests so frequently, we strive to make it all automatic with minimum manual changes or task cycles.

I missed the priority button, this item is certainly not LOW, probably not even medium but HIGH for us.
