Currently customer from RBC setup email escalation based on the Critical alerts under the system assessment
for example
Subject: Db2ZAI System Assessment for Connection DB2ZAIGCCDB01 Completed with Status of SUCCESS. Critical Exceptions Found.
Db2ZAI System Assessment 2023-01-30-001 for Connection DB2ZAIGCCDB01 completed successfully. Following is a summary of unique exception counts:
----SUBSYSTEM ID: PAJ1
Critical: 0
Highly Recommended: 39
Nice to Address: 23
----SUBSYSTEM ID: PAJ0
Critical: 3
Highly Recommended: 36
Nice to Address: 18
After their review, they believe the following metric can be ignored
"The critical alert for STG_DBM1_AUX, can be ignored. DB2zAI also has the option to hide certain alerts, but this may be for the local user only. "
However under the current design, there is no function which allows authorized user to "snooze"/skip the email escalation based on what they have previously reviewed3
Also it is related to hide/unhide capability under each metrics, can certain Critical metrics escalation can be skipped or hide if authorized user decided to make that adjustment
