In our organization we are not allowed to do manual changes in Production using GUI, all changes have to be scripted, added to the version-management repository, tested in pre-Prod, and executed as a script, this way they are repeatable, auditable, etc. DB2 ZAI GUI allows us to do some actions, like change some settings, LOCK and UNLOCK access path for dynamic SQL optimization, etc., and when we do that using GUI, there are some queries created by DB2 ZAI and executed against DB2 ZAI System tables to complete the request. I'd like to ask IBM to add another function to the DB2 ZAI GUI: instead of performing the action, I want it to allow to script-out these queries, so that we can copy them into a file and run them. This is a very useful feature for every change, and I think DB2 LUW team figured it out and provides DBAs with scripting functionality.
