ProActive DB Connections Requirements

In the current state where we call the pool.Open() function provided in the go_ibm_db library, it doesn’t establish any connection during the call and only when we execute the query on the provided *DBP(struct) object it creates an actual db connection hence it suffers poor performance when a lot of query requests come for the first time.

We want the pool.Open() method to create the underlying db_connection(proactively) using the given connection string as passed in the argument and returns the pool_object along with the error object to check whether the given number of connections in the connection pool have been created successfully.
