Reorg rebalance should be possible for tables with XML column

Reorg rebalance should be possible for tables with XML column:

We have some very big XML tables with 200 partitions, wich are growing very fast and not really equally in each partition. After some time we have partitions, where are 3 times more rows, than in others. Reorg rebalance would be really a good solution for this problem. Now we need to create a new XML- Table with different limit keys and move data with cross loader. During the cross loading we are forced to start the objects with RO in order to perform this action. This is not really accepted by our customers.

Reorg rebalance is a smart way to the conversion online, and we had hoped that reorg rebalance will be possible for XML-base tablespaces. Unfortunately is it currently not included.

We need this feature asap because our XML tables are steadily growing thus increasing the problem.
