It is not part of the Db2 Utilities mission and strategy to combine utilities together. Db2 Utilities continues to offer the essential building blocks users need to maintain your Db2 data.
We do offer this feature in IBM Db2 Recovery Expert. When performing redirected recovery with Db2 Recovery Expert, a REPAIR CATALOG statement will be generated to adjust the version information in the catalog.
