Check Index and Rebuild Index Combined in one Process

If a corrupt index is suspected then usual process is to 1. Run a Check Index 2. If an error is reported Run a Rebuild Index to fix the error.

However part of the processing done by the Check Index could be utilized by the Rebuild Index. The Check Index will read the Index and read the Tablespace then compare the two, this processing could be passed to a Rebuild Index if an error is found.

So a combined process of Check and Rebuild will save processing power over the current separate Check and Rebuild process.

In summary the idea is that a Check Index will trigger a Rebuild process if Check detects an Index error, with everything done in one execution.
