Generate DDL for implicitly created XML tables and tablespaces

Today Admin tool cannot really handle implicitly created XML tables and tablespaces very well. It's very obscure to really understand what parameters were used when creating the table or if they differ from the source table.

Using OCT via GOCCMDDF or GOCCMDSN procedures these objects cannot be compared between our environments.

This limitation makes it very difficult to change these objects and creates uncertainty if objects differs between environments or subsystems.

Using admin tool with the line command AL on a implicitly created XML tablespace we get presented with the same parameters and ability to change the object just like any another tablespace.

We do not have DDF present between our pre-production and production environments which further this limitation

No workaround is available at this moment, manual handling of the DDL is the only option.

    Dear customers,

Thank you for submitting this enhancement request. While we view all the enhancement requests we receive as valuable and we would like to implement all of them, in an effort to have maximum transparency we are closing the ones that don’t currently appear on our two year product roadmap. This is not to say that these enhancements may not still be implemented at some point in the future, as we constantly evaluate our requirements on the basis of customer demand and technical impact and try to deliver maximum value to our customers. We appreciate your feedback and would be happy to discuss your enhancement requests further.--
