add location name to ADB2 panel

We would like Db2 Admin to display the connected remote Db2 in at least the Primary Panel ADB2.

When working with remote connected systems after using CO(nnect) in ADB2DDF it would be very helpfull and less confusing if the current location would be displayed in ADB2 Panel.

Without this information you have always to go to another panel with this information to get sure that you are in the right system.

    This enhancement was delivered in Db2 Administration Tool 13.1 and is now available as of May 31, 2022. In Db2 Admin Tool 13.1, if you are connected to a remote Db2 subsystem, the remote subsystem location name is displayed on the main menu.
