Option to Ignore Column Order in Object Comparison
Object Comparison should allow you to ignore the column order when comparing tables. Columns can be added to tables in different order between Test and Production databases. As long as the column definitions match, you should be able to ignore differences in the order.
The tool already recognizes this situation as shown in the message "(D)Columns identical but shuffled". So it should be reasonable to let you choose to ignore this difference.
We are converting from a competitor's tool which allows this option and use it extensively.
