Embed IFF-File into WSL

We run the Compare on an integration test system and transport the created workstatement list in Converted format (action_convert_to_read_wsl = 'Y' ) to each target system. There, we make any necessary adjustments, e.g. to the schema or the database name, and then execute the WSL via ADBTEP2.

If the restructuring of one or more tables also is necessary, the Compare generates additional IFF files. These files must be transported to the target system independently of the WSL and must be available at execution time in the version that matches the version of the WSL.

This is complicated by the fact that the IFF file is in the VB 2048 file format and is in an internal format.

So to avoid, that 2 files, that are dependent on each other, have to be transported independently and possibly adapted to the target environment, they should be united and the information contained in the IFF file should imbedded within the WSL. This would simplify the delivery and thus the use of the tool for us.

For compatibility reasons, the merging could be parameterizable and thus optional.
