Support IDAA v7.5

When I go into DB2 Admin Tool and use the Accelerator Trace Details (Z;AC and TR for an accelerator) I find that the option to choose "Manually collected diagnostic information (folder additional_support_info)" and sub option "Collect Backend Environment File (db2support -cl 0)" is missing in on the panel.

Workaround is to use Data Studio which works but not good since it does not support MFA and sometimes the user id gets revoked.

Solution would be to implement general support for IDAA 7.5 in Admin Tool.

    This item was discussed as an important feature for the near term in the CAC meeting on 2023-08-23. We will be evaluating the import of this in the near future.

    We also need to run the functions behind Z;AC;TR in background so that we don't lock the whole TSO session for an hour or so.
