ADB2GEN: generate DDL for hidden ROWID columns

We have several tables that contain LOB columns and thus also a generated rowid column. If an extra column is added, it will be placed at the end. If we now generate DDL for a table with a LOB column via ADB2GEN, then the generated rowid column is not shown in the generated DDL, but is placed after the new column when the DDL is executed. If a repair catalog is then done after a DSN1COPY from one subsystem to another subsystem, it will fail on wrong column definitions, which is understandable.

Because we often need to replicate such tables from one instance to another instance, we would like to have an option in the GEN panel to generate DDL for hidden ROWID columns. (And we would like this option also for Compare and Migrate.)
