Non-disruptive add column not null with no default

Currently, the conversion of a new NOT NULL column without default at the end of a table is done via an 

UNLOAD / DROP / CREATE / LOAD

A content (default) is generated for the column during the unload in order to be able to load this column afterwards. 
During the conversion, the table is locked for editing and cannot be accessed.

A new NOT NULL column can also be implemented without downtime with the following procedure

ALTER TABLE T1 ADD COL NOT NULL WITH DEFAULT
ALTER TABLE T1 ALTER COL DROP DEFAULT
REORG

This change can be carried out without interruption and ultimately contains the same data content as the Unload/Load procedure.

In order to be able to implement as many changes as possible without interruption, this situation should also be recognised and supported by the IBM Admin Compare Tool.
