Add capability of using GEN parameters in change management batch interface procedure (GOCCM)

We had below requirement from the user:

We have an existing column in an existing table that we are adding a new RI to a new domain table.

If we issue the compare normally using object comparison tool, we get both the table create DDL and the new foreign key addition DDL in the same WSL.

By changing the GENRELS from 'D' to 'N', we were able to generate a WSL with only the DDL for the new domain table objects and no foreign key changes.

The customer was then able to populate the new domain values.

We were then able to re-issue the compare with GENRELS set back to 'D', now that it was safe to add the foreign key, and generate a WSL to add the new foreign key.

We are exploring the features of GOCCM and thinking to create some automation around it so we did some research and testing on GOCCM procedure unfortunately we were not able to use GEN capability (GENRELS,GENTABLE….).
