Exhaustive DB2 catalog search for all dependencies when command like DROP FUNCTION is generated

When entering a drop command in ADB panels against objects like stored procedure or function etc,ai. FN1, ADB generates only a drop for the specific object at which the command is entered. However, in 99% of scenarios, such generated drop cannot be executed as the FN1 is being used by another function, stored procedure trigger etc. Hence the sql error is issued that there is object that is dependent on FN1 and action is not taken.

In the case when there are multi-level dependencies including various objects, manually it is extremally time consuming to trace back, object be object what must be done in sequence, while all this information is present and available in DB2 catalog, ready for the tool to exploit.

How this should work?:

The correct scenario is that at such drop FN1 command, when entered on the the ADB panel, the complete list, in correct sequence of all the objects that must be dropped prior to drop of FN1 shall be generated and displayed, including a complete DDL for each object, also in the correct sequence in order to recreate the state from the moment preceding thew drop.
