Retain separate dataset names used for exporting changes and importing Multi-target changes

The panel for exporting a change always defaults to dataset name EXPORTED.CHANGES. It should retain the dataset name used the last time, like most other panels do.

Also, if you export a change, then import the change into a Multi-Target change (without leaving Admin Tool), it uses the same exported dataset name for the MTC dataset. If you don't change this name, it would overwrite the dataset you are importing. However, if you leave Admin Tool and go back in to import the change, it generates an MTC dataset name containing your userid, the Julian date, and .MTC. This behavior is inconsistent, and would be better if it retained the MTC dataset name separately from the exported change dataset.
