Absence of support for Inline Copy during LOAD in WSL

For DB conversions that must be performed using DROP/CREATE rather than ALTER, the LOAD utility in WSL is currently executed without the inline copy functionality. 
Therefore, an additional Image Copy is required as a standalone utility to make the table accessible again.

Unlike the Reorg utility, it is currently not possible to use parameters to generate the Load utility in WSL with an Inline Copy (COPYDDN).

COPYDDN is a default parameter for REORG SHRLEVEL REFERENCE or CHANGE, but not for LOAD.
