Enable tailoring of BIND/REBIND options in Object Comparison (Ex. APPLCOMPAT for Db2 Continuous Delivery) Merged

Dba and application teams for State Street accoung need to BIND and REBIND using own standards on changes produced by Object Comparison. They have to manage defaults for the APPLY job such as APPLCOMPAT, PLANMGMT(BASIC), EXPLAIN(YES) and APREUSE(WARN). We are opening this idea to allow this enhancement as suggested in case TS003751975 "Allow OC to tailor Bind options".
