Improve deployment plan API usage

When you create or run a deployment plan, we receive an UUID from the API, with this UUID we can retrieve the status. However we can only use that UUID once. 
When we try to reuse it we get an error mentioning that the UUID no longer exists.

At this moment we decided to wait for a short time before retrieving the status, however when the execution takes longer then this, we are stuck.

We would prefer that this status can be retrieved through the API repeatable times and maybe even get an idea on where in the WSL (commit nr) the process is.
