Provisioning rule required to remove KEY LABELS for test instances
Devops Experience applications are created from a production, or like-production source. In production we use pervasive encryption, and so some tables have a KEY LABEL defined and make use of ICSF and data encryotion. In test environments we do not want the overheads and complexities associated with managing keys, and so when provisioning test instances we need the option to be able to remove any defined KEY LABELs.
We cannot currently use DOE to manage and provision tables that use KEY LABELS.
