Increase length of Table name on all reports

On all DTLRPT, DTLSUMR, GENRPT, SUMREPT the table name length is 18 characters and overflow to next line. Since V8 of DB2, the table name was extended to VARCHAR(128).

When creating a program to read any of these reports, one has to include extra code to read the overflow characters.

On the DTLRPT and GENRPT, a table name of 30 characters, would suffice. (that is the same length as a COBOL Working-Storage variable)
On the DTLSUMR and SUMREPT, where DBOWNER and Table Name is combined, 40 characters will be suffice.
