Automatically start up ATF Trace during start up OMPE Collector

You have the option to launch the ATF Trace when the OMPE Collector starts. This trace remains active (with the same normal ATF trace filters, such as PLAN and CORRID) and only intercepts and writes to the dataset when a certain threshold has been exceeded (e.g., Elapsed time, CPU Time, or other DB2 Threshold). This ensures that if a thread exceeds the threshold, it automatically collects the trace.
