REQLOC filtering does not support longer IP names.

OMPE batch reporting has an include/exclude option that allows to filter on the REQLOC (requesting location).

When the REQLOC is an IP address that is more than 16 char (very common with current addresses) the filter does NOT work. For example you cannot use INCLUDE(REQLOC('::FFFF:192.168.5.57')). It always returns an empty report.
(LISTs and GROUPs on REQLOC have the same problem it seems) .

So you cannot really use IP V6 names in a filter.

Part of the issue seems to be that the docs indicate that REQLOC filtering does not support all characters. Specifically, filter values are limited to certain characters (A–Z, 0–9, #, $, @, <, >), and unsupported characters like : must be replaced with a (*).
So you can use INCLUDE(REQLOC('*192.168.5.57')) for that as a bypass.

However since IP V6 names can be up to 128 char and OMPE only seems to support up to 16 char, a wildcard filter limited to just 16 Char is not a usable filter.

As Db2 supports 128 IP names, so I would expect OMPE to support filtering that is able to handle those.

I wanted this to be handled as a defect but support person in case TS022163000 insisted on an Aha to address this. So here it is the Aha.

This will be implemented in the Java Batch version of the ACCOUNTING report set.
