the enhancement to the e3270 UI - Adding the ability to deal with static SQL

The Poste Italiane customer processes millions of daily transactions with statically compiled COBOL-CICS-DB2 routines. Even during night time it has a high BATCH load of statically scheduled and compiled COBOL-DB2 routines. The customer's need is therefore to prevent problems of high consumption both in terms of CPU and ELAPSED while maintaining the agreed Service level unchanged. Monitoring the single statement relating to static sql would involve a preventive and in-depth analysis of accesses in order to respect the SLAs of the service.
