Allow Db2 Recovery Expert for z/OS to display the status of HSM

Since Db2 Recovery Expert for z/OS makes extensive use of DFHSM it would be useful to view the current status of HSM from within RE. Questions such as:  Is HSM operational? Have previous offloads been completed? Are there any issues with HSM before an RE backup is started? Some of these questions can be answered with a debug module, but it would be useful to have this function within the tool. Sometimes RE shows completion when actually it’s not because there may be an HSM issue. Or perhaps this indicates some bug in RE? It would be useful to have a permanent debug option to show HSM commands and offload  status.

    Db2 SLB utility has the option to collect the HSM messages. As RE supports the use of this utility it should be passing these messages to RE job. An AHA has been raised for this.
