enable queryno for static SQL in cqm tables RFE 126827

provide query no for static sql in GUI, ISPF and datastores so that it can be saved in cqm tables



Use Case
 
customer saves cqm data in db2 tables for 13 months and needs a way to easily relate past executions of static sql using the queryno
