Admin Tool: Allow additional column filter options in ispf results panels RFE 123018

Description

http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/rfe/execute?use_case=viewRfe&CR_ID=123018

In ISPF results panels after selecting objects (for instance, panel ADB21T), the filter options under the column headings appear to be limited to  values that start with the specified string.
We would like the criteria to be more flexible to include wildcard searching for character strings and possibly  also an option to filter numbers using < > = criteria

Use Case

The column filter options are ideal for quick and easy filtering but their options are so limited that they can't be used for much of the time.

There are additional options when using the SARG command. The filters are using the ISPF TBSARG service and it only supports ending wildcards.
