DB2 HPU should honour AUTH_COMPATIBILITY

Db2 High Performance Unload does not honour Db2 v12 zparm

AUTH_COMPATIBILITY when it is set to Null.

There has long been the need to lock down the Unload utility to minimise data leakage risks. This capability was delivered in Db2 v12, but it has since been identified that HPU does not support the new capability. This was originally raised as a defect, but that was rejected.

We need HPU to honour the new unload privilege so that there is a standard approach to locking down Unload utility access and better safeguard against data leakage risks..

    Thank you for submitting this enhancement request. While we view all the enhancement requests we receive as valuable and we would like to implement all of them, in an effort to have maximum transparency we are closing the ones that don't currently appear on our two year product roadmap.
