Provide both the Long Name of a Threshhold and the corresponding QM table column name in Threshold Pop-up Window RFE 124917

https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/rfe/execute?use_case=viewRfe&CR_ID=124917

This request is to update the Threshold pop-up window within the QM Reorg Recommendation Monitor to show both the full/long name of the threshold metric followed by the actual offload QM column name in parentheses. For example, the pop-up window could display "Total Getpages (GETPAGES)" or "CPU time (DB2_CPU)".

Use case:

Because the CQM_REORG_METRICS parameter requires the user to specify the threshold metric as QM table column, there needs to be a place within the context of the Reorg Recommendation Monitor for the user to go to, to see the correspondence between the QM table column name and the full/long name of the metric. It would help eliminate any confusion regarding what metrics are being used, and eliminate the need to go to the Activity Browser for this info.
