Add option to use manage option SMSDSEXIST in ICKDSF for option : Reinit Space Efficient Volumes

Our site have an option to protect volumes with datasets from INIT with ICKDSF and when we run Recovery expert with option : Reinit Space Efficient Volumes it fail with messages :

09:58:46 ARYS278I - Task 01 - Unit 9A01 was initialized with volser Z1D001.
09:58:46 ARYS248E - Task 01 - Error invoking ICKDSF. Please check file SYSPR01T for problem determination.

and IN ICKDSF we see :

ADDITIONAL DEVICE INFORMATION = xxxxxx
TRKS/CYL = 15, # PRIMARY CYLS = 30051
ICK04000I DEVICE IS IN SIMPLEX STATE

ICK32179I DATA SETS EXIST ON VOLUME
ICK30003I FUNCTION TERMINATED. CONDITION CODE IS 12

after opening a ticket to IBM support they ask to change system default settings and this is not a good option for us because it protect from human errors

We propose to add this as an option added by Recovery Expert when it generate the the ICKDSF sysin

Without that we can't automacticly reinit space efficient volumes and recover space
