Metrics for this product shoul be provided as regular SMF collection for historical and monitor reasons

While metrics are provided using CDA Tool, it requires the user to activate the data collection and thre is no mechanism for the product to provide a more historial data gathering. Also thre is no way to automatically see trends other than manual intervention.


All the metrics data collected by the GUI sholud formally be collected to SMF based on customer data interval collection criteria. Manual processes are too dependent on a person to collect that data, also even in the GUI that collected data has to exported. The TARGET and SOURCE already have that data but is not been kept like other products do on the mainframe.

    IBM Update.

    We are planning to deliver on this requirement in Q1 2024.

    Thank you for raising this request for enhancement. We have reviewed this and agree it is valid and worthwhile requirement. We have it included for consideration in the future devt roadmap. We do not have a committed delivery date at this point but will continue to monitor for customer demand. Thank you for your support.
