Microseconds not getting populated for target DB2 timestamp column

"CDC built-in functions cannot retain microseconds for TIMESTAMP target data type. I have a 2 vsam fields, vsam CHAR(10) field AS 2018/08/13 (yyyy/mm/dd) and vsam CHAR(15) FIELD AS 16:19:45.094690 (hh.mm.ss.xxxxxx).

I am trying to map combing both these fields to a db2 timestamp field (yyyy-mm-dd-hh.mm.ss.xxxxxx format).

I tried %TODATETIME(%REPLACE(REC_DATE,""*ALL"",""-/"",""""),""*YYMD"",%TOTIME(%SUBSTRING(REC_TIME,1,8)))
I get it replicated as yyyy-mm-dd-hh.mm.ss.000000. All the microseconds is zeros.

I tried %TODATETIME(%REPLACE(REC_DATE,""*ALL"",""-/"",""""),""*YYMD"",REC_TIME) but it gave a -180.

We are looking for something like
‘%TOTIMESTAMP' like function to handle the timestamp formats.
