Connection Monitor Percentage VS Numeric Static Value

In Monitoring Profiles>Alerts Monitoring>Connections, you can only set a static value for Critical and Warning Thresholds. I would like the ability to be able to set a percentage of a certain total. Those totals could come from the database config MAXAPPLS, the instance config MAX_CONNECTIONS, or even just the user inputting a number of total connections. We use the MAXAPPLS database config parameter to control the number of connections to each database and we monitor the percentage total used on each database to know when workload has increased or if we start getting flooded with connections from a bad application.

This would be a wonderful addition that would allow for "dynamic" alerting for databases that have different configurations
