Consolidated Database Availability (weekly/monthly) Report.

Data Management Console currently doesn't have a capability to generate a weekly/monthly "Database Availability" report of all the Databases that are being monitored.

This enhancement needs to be added so that DMC can generate a report which should be one email with the list of all Databases being monitored, showing if they were available/down for any specific duration and/or including the reasons for being unavailable.

As of now, it generates one alert/email per Database as an when an event occurs.

This new report helps to build Database Availability Matrix at Infrastructure/Organization level.
