Enable migration of REST service at Operation level

We are using DVM REST Service to implement online applications. The business applications are grouped by functionality in various REST Services. Within each application, specific rules are implemented as DVM REST Operation. Application developers work at Operation level to develop/test and migrate to production environment.

We are using a DVM batch job to migrate DVM REST Service between various software environments (dev/unit test/system test etc...). The batch job restricts us to migration at Service level. This is causing incomplete and untested code to get migrated to an environment since multiple developers are working on the Operations within a Service.

As a workaround, we are forced to manually coordinate amongst various developers to ensure the operations are in stable state before migrating the Service. The manual involvement is time consuming and could result in error in Production.

Allowing migration of DVM REST Operations will save time and ensure a production environment that functions accurately.
