Allow for a single DVM subsystem to connect to multiple IMS subsystems.

Currently DBCTL access to IMS requires that an IMSID be provided in the DVM configuration file. This parameter is limited to a single value and therefore a DVM subsystem must be created for each IMS subsystem. In a single test environment, we could have over 100 IMS subsystems. Trying to manage a DVM subsystem, and the associated maps, for each would be extremely difficult. Conversely, when dealing with Db2, multiple Db2 subsystems can be accessed from a single DVM subsystem. Our proposal would be to allow the use of IMS Connect in order to access multiple IMS subsystems from a single DVM.
