UI hides reject codes for items accepted in review

When an item has been accepted in Review, the 'Rejects and Warnings' and 'Total Validation count' has IQA result removed

When an item is flagged as having "Image too dark" issues, the 'Rejects and Warnings' and 'Total Validation count' values in the transaction screen will reflect that is has issues. Once it is repaired, both fields are reduced by one. So when that's the only thing wrong with the item, it now shows 0 for both values. If you want to see why it was originally wrong, you have to click on the zero and them select All Versions to understand what's going on.

While I can *maybe* understand removing it from 'Rejects and Warnings', it should not be hidden in 'Total Validation count' as it is an accepted validation item, just like all the others we do as Informational, this isn't what users expect and is a regression against v3

As a guess, this is another impact that's similar to TS017463969 : FTM.ERROR_VAL_RESULTS no longer includes results for IQA items, caused by introducing VERSION_NUMBER to validation results and not understanding how customers use your system
