Allow Signing of Any Outbound Message with an Local Authenication (LAU) Key

Payment message security and integrity is important and network participation rules continue to involve and add stricter enforcement rules deeper into a bank's processing systems.  FTM solutions are a critical step in processing payment messages and therefore it is becoming more important that a bank can provide messages are from FTM and have not been tampered with.

FTM having the ability to sign an outgoing message with a Local Authenication (LAU) Key that is a customer specific location will allow a bank to have confidence that no message has been injected or tampered with between FTM and a receiving system.
