Adding Image View Zoom in/out, Magnify, Rotate and Flip to the Back Functions Buttons and Hot Keys

Please add the following image view and code line navigation functions (buttons) and the ability to map each of these functions to the hot keys on the Inbound Transmission Hierarchy screen and edit/insert item screens within TCR. All mapped hot keys should work on both the Inbound Transmission Hierarchy and edit/insert item screens immediately without requiring any icon or a window to be clicked first in order to activate.

Functions/Buttons:
Zoom in/out the image (available on the edit/insert item screens but not in hierarchy)
Magnify the image (available on edit/insert item screens but not in hierarchy)
Rotate the image (available on edit/insert item screens but not in hierarchy)
Flip to the back side of the image (there is a RBW (rear black and white image) available on edit/insert item screens; however, the flip to the back image function is not in hierarchy)
Move left among the code line (not available in hierarchy or on the edit/insert item screens)
Move right among the code line (not available in hierarchy or on the edit/insert item screens)
Accept (not available inn hierarchy or on the edit/insert item screens)
