TCR "Complete and Approve" needs its own action that can be separated from the "Approve" action so the "Complete and Approve" action can be removed from TCR Operator while allowing the TCR operator to “Approve” his or her Units of Work.

TCR "Complete and Approve" needs its own action that can be separated from the "Approve" action so the "Complete and Approve" action can be removed from TCR Operator while allowing the TCR operator to “Approve” his or her Units of Work. If we remove the "Approve" action from the TCR Operator, TCR Operator would not be able to approve his or her own UOW, which means TCR Supervisor would need to approve every UOW, which is not what we desire. We just would like to remove the "Complete and Approve" action from TCR Operator because we do not want to bypass Approvals, without removing the "Approve" action from TCR Operator. TCR "Complete and Approve" action bypasses Approvals and we do not wish our operator to select that option.

  1. Why is it useful – Allowing the TCR operator to approve his or her units of work without bypassing Approvals.

  2. Who would benefit from it - TCR balancers and supervisors

  3. How should it work - TCR will have the "Complete and Approve" action, in addition to the TCR “complete” and TCR “approve” actions.
