Make FTM IP Purge Utility OCP Compatible

Purge Utility delivered with FTM IP can be configured using a Cron job to trigger it run and purge transactions in FTM Database. Since FTM IP/DP has been configured on OCP now, we expect FTM Purge Utility to be OCP Compatible. As of now Utility is delivered with properties file and a file to store Database credentials on disk encrypted with IBM encryption method. We want FTM Purge Utility to be OCP compatible so that it can be configured in OCP Pod and scheduled there for transaction purge in FTM Database. We are also looking forward to source ID and passwords from Vault/Secret rather than saving the same details in a file on a disk (which is the current setup) and a security concern in the institution. We would also like to source all the transaction/Batch/Transmission properties from Config maps in OCP rather than a file on the disk. Current FTM IP Purge utility is not compatible with OCP where our product is configured and running with the exception of the Data base.
