Message Entry and Repair facility in FTM for SWIFT (formerly WBIFN): when entering a non-SWIFT-character into the field 20, the error message refers to the expected field length, and it also limits the range of valid characters to SWIFT characters: E. g. DNIY0045E: element '/FinMessage/Block4/Document/MT199/F20a/F20' must be '1' to '16' 'SWIFT' characters.
it would be very helpful id the error message would to be extended to also indicate the wrong character, as it is already the case for other fields in MER when typing a non-SWIFT-character into them.
Do not place IBM confidential, company confidential, or personal information into any field.
