1. Allow to mark failed Q&A transmission as handled outside the system (refer to MR0821142527 in WBI-FN requirements database)
Customer needs a way to distinct read and unread records from those failed Q&A transmissions, since these data is increasing all the time and some of them cannot be eliminated at all. Please either offer a function to mark them or to sort them by date/time.
2. Add Type (toSnd/toRcv) as additional filter criterion (refer to MR072214126 in WBI-FN requirements database)
For the purpose of statistics, add Type (toSnd, toRcv, Both) as new filter criteria when filtering relationships.
